I hope you enjoy a holiday season filled with love, laughter, sweetness, and spice, just like these characters do. And, if you enjoyed the story, let me know in the comments section. I love getting comments. <3

Yay, more Rob and Daniel!
I thought there was a lot of magic in this one, especially between Rob and Gus. Just that little peck to end the night and fufill her Christmas wish really hit a solid note with me, because I get it. There’s no better gift in the world to give or receive than true love like that, and I don’t care if it’s schmaltzy!
Also, I completely get Rob;s worry for Paige. I know I would have understood it at least a few years ago, but now I really comprehend it. Every daddy wants the best for his little girl, even if there are some things that we can’t protect them from. That feeling of Paige being all grown up now and about ready to make that big step is very well done here.
Awesome job, Mayumi! I’m happy to see that Christmas spark!
Thanks, shade. <3
It's been a lot of fun for me to write a set of different parents in these FMW stories, and to visit/revisit family moments from my own life. I'm happy to hear that the love and affection have some truth to them, here, because that's what I strive to portray.
Thank you so much for taking the time to read and let me know your thoughts!
Very sweet and special. I love how the community seems to be accepting of their relationship, and that they feel free and safe with PDAs. Can only hope the real world will shift in this direction eventually.
Thanks for reading, Kate!
I’m lucky in that I live surrounded by a lot of progressive “blue”. These stories could certainly be about ignorance and bigotry at a lot of levels, but I prefer to write about people who have grown beyond that, to view each other with respect for their individuality, differences included. If for no other reason than it’s a nicer place to be, some days.
