This story was written in 2002, shortly after I had played through the first several hours of Final Fantasy X, the second time around. The Psyches have always been my favorite Blitzball team, despite my affection for loveable Wakka. There's just something about those mysterious goggles they all wear, and their cool outfits. Here's my take on them.

Quistis Trepe, the instructor-turned-SeeD, is feeling left out of all of the romance...until a handsome new instructor comes to Garden. In the meantime, Zell and the other SeeDs just want to make Quistis happy.

This story was written in 1999, shortly after I finished Final Fantasy VIII for the third time. It took about a year to finish, and it is one of the stories for which I consistently received praise at FanFiction.Net, so I'm proud of it for that, for whatever that is worth.

My first Resident Evil story, written between 1999 and 2001, when it was finally finished. I don't usually write in first-person, but it seemed warranted for this story of unrequited love on the part of a little girl.

The story takes place a few years after the end of Resident Evil Code: Veronica (since I hadn't played RE4 at the time of writing this); Sherry is approximately 15. It follows a timeline of my own making, one that doesn't necessarily match that of the game.

First story in my arc called "The Survivors."

Leon Kennedy finds what he's been missing, but is it worth it?

Written in 2002, almost as an afterthought to "Love Me Most" because I needed a reason for Leon to be so remorseful in his conversation with Jill. Hence, this story. Originally, it was to end very differently. There was going to be a midnight liaison with Ada Wong, and a minor altercation, and Leon basically telling her not to let the door hit her on the ass on the way out. But, in the middle of writing this, I decided that I really wanted Ada to take a more active role than just a sexual conquest. So, she became the conquistador.

NOTE: I updated this story on 5/11/2006, mostly because when I read it again, I didn't like the interaction between the two main characters. I think this updated version does a better job of describing my view about Leon's conflicted relationship with Ada.

Takes place immediately following events in "Thank Heaven for Little Girls," and is Story 2 in "The Survivors" story arc.

Romantic twists and troublesome trysts make for a wacky weekend in the woods.

Written between 2000 and 2001, this is one of those long, rambling pieces. I tried to touch on each character individually. I don't know how successful I was, but it was definitely a learning process for me.

The story was inspired by a song by Pizzicato Five ("Baby Love Child").

Takes place one year after the events of "Thank Heaven for Little Girls" and is story 3 of "The Survivors" story arc.

Claire Redfield experiences a personal awakening regarding the men in her life.

Begun in late 2002, this story has been a long time in the making. I've always enjoyed the character of Claire, probably because she was the first Resident Evil heroine I saw (Resident Evil 2 came first for me).

This is the most adult and mature style I've ever tried to use in writing a story, in somewhat the same vein of "Thank Heaven for Little Girls." While the subject matter is about sex and sexual awakening, it's also about a young woman finding herself through her needs and desires.

The story takes place a few months after "Love Me Most" and is story 4 in "The Survivors" timeline. Claire is almost 24 here, Leon about 27.

Boredom on a trans-Atlantic flight means imaginations get to go a little wild.

Written in 1999 and 2000, after reading SD Perry's novels based on the Resident Evil games. This story includes characters and incidents from the novels, and it does not follow the timeline presented in subsequent games after Resident Evil 2. It also does not follow the same timeline that I developed for my own story arc called "The Survivors."

Elise Riggs has a heart-to-heart with fellow boarder Nate Logan.

My Christmas story for 2003. I'm not overly pleased with this one, as it feels rushed and not-quite-finished somehow. But it was a case of deadlines coming down the pipe and my wanting to finish a holiday story, for once.

Originally, this story was going to be about Griff and his father, and Elise and Nate weren't going to figure at all. But as soon as I started writing, the characters just led me along to this particular conclusion. I hope you enjoy it.

Silver Blood: Interlude (Behind Closed Doors) (32K)

Claire spends some quality time with Leon before the raid on Umbrella.

While I wrote this scene, the original story "Resident Evil: Silver Blood" was written by Xenogears (check it out at Fanfiction.Net, in the Games > Resident Evil section). Much of the dialogue in the first section of this story, and in the last section, as well as some in-between, was written by Xenogears. Read "Resident Evil: Silver Blood (Chapter Seven)" before you read this scene, because all of the great plot is written there.
